An Official Odoo Partner and a digital marketing agency, the company provides consulting services to SMEs and large enterprises in the development of their digital projects. The company is located at Chaumont-Gistoux (1325), rue des Bruyères, number 55, Belgium. This right of ownership includes the Personal Data submitted through the various forms and transmitted exclusively to the Data Controller as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

At Nexuro SRL, we are committed to respecting the privacy of the individuals concerned by our activities, particularly when they visit and use the site.
This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") describes how we handle the Personal Data we collect, whether from forms, registrations on the website, telephone calls, e-mails or other communications with you. We process your personal data in accordance with all applicable personal data protection regulations.
By accepting this Policy, by using the services of Nexuro SRL, by registering for an event organised by Nexuro SRL or by otherwise providing your personal data to Nexuro SRL, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the Policy, as well as the processing and transfers of Personal Data that will be carried out in accordance with the Policy.
The Personal Data we collect for the purpose of managing pre-contractual and contractual relationships. It generally includes:
Your identification data: surname, first name, gender, date and place of birth, tax identifiers, national register number.
Your contact data: landline/mobile telephone number, e-mail address, home address, physical address other than your home address, IP address.
Your banking data: account number, account statements

Nexuro SRL’s data is stored in Europe.
Nexuro SRL takes appropriate technical and organisational measures, in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations. If you have any reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you think the security of the Personal Data you have shared with us may have been compromised), please notify us immediately.
When Nexuro SRL provides Personal Data to a service provider, that provider is carefully selected and required to use appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data.
Nexuro SRL takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data processed is appropriate, accurate and complete for the intended use, in order to achieve the objectives described in this Policy.
In general, we keep your data only for as long as necessary and delete it as soon as the reason for collecting it is no longer valid.
Applicant data is retained for a minimum period of 9 years (until 2019) and thereafter 10 years (from 2020) after the application is submitted.
If you share Personal Data concerning other individuals with Nexuro SRL, you agree to: (a) inform them of the content of this Personal Data Protection Policy, and (b) obtain the legally required consent for the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of the Personal Data concerning those individuals, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
You have the right to access your Personal Data, to rectify it, to object to its use and to request its erasure, restriction or portability in certain circumstances.
